Secondary polymoroplasty. Correction of the cartilaginous supratip.

Patient subjected to previous demolithic rhinoplasty with irregularity of the bone and cartilage portion. Correction of the eyebrow-to-tip aesthetic lines by means of a graft taken from the concha of auricle.

Tertiary seporinoplasty with harmonization of the tip and of the profile, elimination of the cartilaginous supratip and of the columellar show.

Same previous case in 3/4 view.

Secondary polymoroplasty. Correction of the visible step between the bone and cartilage portion of the nasal dorsum.

Tertiary seporoplasty. Total reconstruction of the nasal tip with an auricular graft. The tip had previously been treated with old interrupt and subtractive techniques.

Severe secondary rotor with regularization of the nasal dorsum extremely uneven and with inverted V-shaped deformity.

Secondary polymoroplasty. Slight saddle nose correction.

Revision septorhinoplasty Recomposition of the bone portion of the nasal pyramid with multiple osteotomies.

Same previous case in 3/4 view.

Secondary polymoroplasty. Correction of supratip and nasolabial fold with remodelling of the anterior nasal spine.

Secondary polymoroplasty. Definition of a wide nose.

Secondary polymoroplasty. Saddle nose correction and tip definition.

Same previous case in front view.

Quaternary seporinoplasty. Correction of asymmetric, irregular and unnatural tip and dorsum.

Same previous case in front view.

Tertiary seporoplasty. Prior total removal of the nasal septum with collapse of the nasal pyramid at its middle third. Total reconstruction of the septum by means of double conchae.

Tertiary seporoplasty. Reconstruction of the middle third of the nasal pyramid and correction of the inverted V deformity.

Same previous case in 3/4 view.

Secondary polymoroplasty. Saddle nose correction.

Same previous case in front view.

Tertiary seporoplasty. Totally irregular dorsum and deviated and unnatural nasal tip. Subtotal absence of the nasal septum. Reconstruction with an ear-conch grafting.

Secondary polymoroplasty. Collapse of the lower third and widening of the nose following a previous demolitic septoplasty. Reconstruction with an ear-conch grafting.

Same previous case in front view.

Revision septorhinoplasty Correction of irregularities of the nasal dorsum and reconstruction of the right nasal ala amputated in the previous intervention.

Tertiary seporoplasty. Correction of the extremely unnatural result and of the collapse of the internal nasal valve by means of double conchal grafting.

Same previous case in 3/4 view.

Secondary polymoroplasty. Restoration of the eyebrow aesthetic lines tip and correction of the inverted V deformity caused by the previous intervention.

Same previous case in front view.

Tertiary seporoplasty. Saddle nose correction and masculinization of the nasal profile.

Secondary polymoroplasty. Regularization of the nasal dorsum and tip.

Tertiary seporoplasty. Harmonization of the nasal profile by restoring the septal support absent from the nasal tip by means of a conchal graft.

Secondary polymoroplasty. Correction of the collapse of the middle third of the nasal pyramid and internal and external nasal valve with bilateral spreader graft and bilateral alar batten graft.

Tertiary seporoplasty. Prior excessive removal of the triangular cartilages and the nasal septum with iatrogenic deviation of the nasal tip. Reconstruction of the nasal back through auricular cartilage and symmetrization of the tip through complete isolation and reconstruction of the medial and lateral crura and reinforcement of these with columellar strut and alar strut graft bilaterally.

Same previous case in front view.

Secondary polymoroplasty. Volumetric reduction and definition of the nasal pyramid and tip.

Tertiary seporoplasty. Correction of supratip and nasolabial folds.

Same case as in previous image in front view. Definition of the nasal pyramid and tip.

Secondary polymoroplasty. Saddle nose correction.

Quaternary seporinoplasty. Correction of the dysmorphosis of the deviated nasal pyramid and definition of the tip.

Tertiary seporoplasty. Volumetric reduction of the nasal dorsum and tip.

Secondary polymoroplasty. Ti deprojection by remodelling the anterior nasal spine.

Tertiary seporoplasty. Correction of the cartilaginous supratip.

Quaternary seporinoplasty. Collapse and widening of the nose due to previous demolitive seporinoplasty.

Severe post-traumatic deviation of the nasal septum and pyramid. Already subjected to two fracture reductions under local anaesthesia with no result. One year away from the trauma: symmetrization of the nose through double osteotomies, right spreader graft, extracorporeal septoplasty and seaming of alar cartilage symmetry.
